上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院创建于1920年，是一所学科特色鲜明、具备一定临床科技创新核心竞争力、国内知名的三级甲等综合性医院。总核定床位数2150张，口腔综合椅位1000张。医院拥有5位中国工程院院士。依托医院在口腔医学、眼科、耳鼻喉科、颅颌面疾病等学科的卓越优势，成立了上海九院口腔颅面及感官综合健康研究院，以推动跨学科创新，促进医学、工程、生物科技的深度融合，并加速科研成果的临床转化。研究院专注于数字化口腔医学、生物工程、智能诊疗、组织再生与修复、可持续口腔健康技术等前沿领域，致力于解决临床痛点，推动行业技术革新，并提升全球口腔健康水平。现因工作需要，按照公开、平等、竞争、择优的原则，面向社会招聘行政主管1名：
一、一、岗位职责和要求

| 行政主管 | 全面管理研究院各项工作，包括日常运营、合规审查、财务统筹、科研经费申请与管理以及人力资源事务。职责涵盖：对接医院行政管理层进行战略规划；联络政府机构争取政策支持与发展资源；为国际团队提供专项行政支持，满足跨文化需求，保障研究院日常运营顺畅等。 | 1.硕士及以上学历，具备较强的组织能力、文化敏感性，以及跨部门协调的能力，具有相关医学领域博士学位的候选人优先； 2.至少2年行政岗位相关工作经验，有学术或多元文化环境下工作的背景为佳； 3.有与国际员工合作或跨文化环境工作经验者优先考虑； 4.出色的组织能力和多任务处理能力。优秀的英语书面和口头沟通能力； 5.具备高度的文化敏感性，能够有效与多元化团队合作。 |

Ⅰ.RecruitmentResponsibilities,andRequirements

| Administrative Manager | Manages the Institute in all components including day to day operation, compliance, finances, research grant acquisition and management, and human resources. Interfaces with the Hospital administration and leadership. Works with government agencies to support the Institute development. Oversees administrative support to international faculty members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and addressing their unique needs. | 1.Master degree or above, strong organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to coordinate across various departments. (Candidates with PhD in relevant medical field considered positively) 2.At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in an academic or multicultural environment. 3.Experience working with international staff or in cross-cultural settings is an advantage. 4.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 5.High level of cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse groups. |
