岗位职责：

1.BusinessoperationaltargetandKPImatrixsetting；

2.Businessperformancetrackingandanalysisinnationwide/region/dealerlevel；

3.Businessimprovementstrategydefinitionandtaskallocationtoregionsanddealers；

4.Taskfollowupandachievementtracking

Regionaloperationrelateddigitalrequirementdefinitionanddevelopmentsupport；

5.Regionaldealermeetingplanningandmanagement；

6.Retailexcellenceimplementationandimprovementmanagement；

7.Aftersalesfieldforceprofilemanagementandempowerment；

8.Supportontheservicemarketcampaign；

9.Supportonthedealerauditandtraining。

任职要求：

1.FamiliarwithChineseautoindustryandspecificBEVmarket；

2.FamiliarwithautoindustrySales&Aftersalesconceptandmarkettrend；

3.Excellentinterpersonalandcommunication(bothwrittenandverbal)skills；

4.Self-motivatedandproactiveindividualwithdetailorientations,innovations,andwillingnesstolearn；

5.ProficiencyinChinese,English；

6.专业要求：车辆工程、新能源动力工程等专业方向，应届生为佳。
