ActaBiochimicaetBiophysicaSinica(生物化学与生物物理学报)是由中国科学院分子细胞科学卓越创新中心主办的英文期刊，主要发表分子生物学，生物化学与生物物理领域的研究论文、综述、短讯以及观点等文章。ABBS开放获取出版，致力于打造一本具有国际影响力的高品质学术期刊。现因工作需要面向海内外公开招聘1名全职科学编辑。

岗位职责：
（1）追踪学科领域科研前沿动态，策划并组织优质稿件；
（2）稿件处理，包括稿件初审，送审，撰写审稿意见以及稿件录用后的编校出版；
（3）参加国内外学术会议,与科研人员建立并保持密切联系；
（4）撰写中英文宣传材料，参与期刊的宣传推广；
（5）配合期刊编委会开展工作，完成编辑部交办的其他任务。
应聘条件：
（1）近年来获得生物化学、分子生物学、生物物理学或相近专业博士学位；有海外经历或者博士后经历者优先；
（2）在主流学术期刊上以第一作者身份至少发表过1篇研究论文；
（3）能及时跟踪科研动态，具有较强的沟通、策划、宣传能力；
（4）具有良好的中英文写作和口头表达能力，熟练应用日常办公和编辑软件；
（5）有较强的责任心和良好的团队协作意识。

Responsibilities
1.Trackcutting‑edgeresearchdevelopments,andcommissionhigh-qualityarticlesandoriginalresearchpapers;
2.Managethefullmanuscriptprocessingcycle,includinginitialassessment,peer‑reviewassignment,draftingdecisionletters,andcopyeditingandproduction;
3.Attendacademicconferences,andestablishandmaintainclosecontactswiththescientificcommunity;
4.WritepromotionalmaterialsinbothChineseandEnglish;
5.Collaboratewiththejournal'seditorialboardandperformothertasksassignedbytheeditorialoffice.
PreferredQualifications
1.HoldarecentPh.D.degreeinbiochemistry,molecularbiology,biophysics,oracloselyrelatedfield;overseasorpostdoctoralexperienceispreferred;
2.Havepublishedatleastoneresearchpaperasfirstauthorinamainstreamacademicjournal;
3.Strongcommunication,planning,andpromotionalskills;
4.ExcellentwrittenandoralcommunicationskillsinbothChineseandEnglish;proficiencyinstandardofficeandeditorialsoftware;
5.Astrongsenseofresponsibilityandexcellentteamworkandcollaborationskills.
