中心简介
首都医学科学创新中心[ChineseInstitutesforMedicalResearch(CIMR),Beijing]（简称创新中心）是北京市2023年11月成立的具有独立法人资格的新型研发机构。作为首都医科大学新校区建设三大板块之一，创新中心以推动医学科学发展、改善人类健康为目标，开展生物医学研究，致力于提升医学科学创新与成果转化能力，提高疾病诊断和治疗水平。我们将汇聚世界高水平科学家，与首都医学教育和科学研究优质资源紧密合作，打造多学科交叉融合的科研平台，综合自由探索、医学目标导向、有组织科研等途径，实践新型科研模式和体制机制，培养适应医学科学创新发展的优秀人才，推进医教研产的深度融合，助力首都医科大学成为世界一流的医科大学。
实验室介绍
首都医学科学创新中心（CIMR）Badr实验室是一个新成立的研究团队。实验室深入聚焦自身反应性T细胞的免疫耐受机制，旨在将基础研究发现转化为自身免疫疾病和肿瘤领域的创新治疗方案。通过整合分子生物学、细胞免疫学和小鼠动物模型等多元研究策略，实验室瞄准具有直接临床转化价值的免疫学基础科学问题。我们正在组建一支协作高效、目标明确的团队，期待汇聚志同道合的科研人才，共同推动免疫学前沿领域的创新发展。

科研助理
一
主要职责
1.开展细胞培养、原代细胞分离、多参数流式细胞术相关实验；
2.熟练操作实时荧光定量PCR、蛋白免疫印迹、分子克隆等常规分子生物学实验技术；
3.熟悉小鼠体内实验操作，包括组织取材、动物给药注射、血液采集等；
4.精准完整记录实验数据，并协助实验室完成数据分析工作。

任职要求
1.免疫学、生物学、分子生物学或其他生命科学相关专业硕士学历；
2.熟悉基础细胞培养、流式细胞术、分子生物学实验及小鼠动物操作；
3.条理清晰、注重细节，可独立开展工作，也具备良好团队协作能力；
4.具备流利的英语读写与日常沟通能力。

MainResponsibilities
a.Performexperimentsinvolvingcellculture,primarycellisolation,andmultiparameterflowcytometry.
b.CarryoutstandardmolecularbiologytechniquesincludingqPCR,Westernblotting,andmolecularcloning.
c.Conductmouseinvivoproceduressuchastissueharvest,injections,andbloodcollection.
d.Maintainaccurateexperimentalrecordsandcontributetodataanalysis.
Qualifications
a.Master'sdegreeinimmunology,biology,molecularbiology,orarelatedlifesciencesdiscipline.
b.Familiaritywithbasiccellculture,flowcytometry,molecularbiologyandmousehandling.
c.Strongorganizationalskills,attentiontodetail,andabilitytoworkbothindependentlyandcollaboratively.
d.ProficiencyinEnglishforreading,writing,anddailycommunication.
