Dr.Leonard Lipovich |
1.Performing research experiments on human cell cultures, including transfections, PCR, DNA and RNA extractions under supervision in a molecular genetics laboratory, 2.Analyzing data from the experiments. Required: familiarity with genetics and molecular biology lab protocols.

二、应聘基本条件

三、用工模式及薪酬待遇
科研助理岗位为劳务派遣制，被聘人员实行双重管理，由劳务派遣公司负责人事管理及待遇发放，用人单位负责工作管理。
具体岗位待遇（社保等）通过工作合同约定。
四、招聘程序
（一）个人申请
应聘者使用英语向《科研助理岗位需求表》中相应岗位联系人邮箱发送简历、学历学位证书和其他相关支撑材料，邮件主题格式：ResearchAssistant+Name+University+Discipline。国<境>外获得学历学位者，须提供教育部留学服务中心出具的学历学位认证书。
（二）单位考察
由项目负责人对应聘者资格进行初审，并自行组织专业技能的考察，最终确定拟聘人选报送学校审批。
（三）办理用工手续
学校审核通过后，由人力资源部通知劳务派遣公司与劳动者签订工作合同，办理派遣手续。
（四）其他
应聘者需对个人信息的完整性和真实性负责，如信息不全或与事实不符，我校将通知派遣公司取消其聘用资格，造成的不利后果由应聘者本人承担。
