SHIAC公告｜上海国际仲裁中心实习生招募公告

上海国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（上海国际仲裁中心）成立于1988年，设有上海国际仲裁（香港）中心，下设中国（上海）自由贸易试验区仲裁院、上海国际航空仲裁院、金砖国家争议解决上海中心、中非联合仲裁上海中心、产权交易仲裁中心和数据仲裁中心。2015年获评《环球仲裁评论》（GAR）“年度最受关注机构”，并获提名“年度创新奖”，目前已被列为“区域白名单/值得重点关注的仲裁机构”，被Legal500列为重要的中国仲裁机构之一，是联合国国际贸易法委员会第二工作组（争议解决）、第六工作组（可转让货物单证）观察员，国际统一私法协会保理示范法工作组观察员。2018年成为首批入选最高人民法院“一站式”国际商事争议多元解决机制的仲裁机构。2019年和2023年均获评司法部公共法律服务先进集体。2026年获评全国五一劳动奖状，是全国司法行政系统本届唯一获此殊荣的仲裁机构。

上海国际仲裁中心重视国际商事仲裁的推广和发展，与境内外仲裁机构长期保持良好合作关系，举办各类仲裁研讨、宣传活动。对接GlobalArbitrationReview和KluwerArbitrationBlog等业内国际知名媒体，介绍中国仲裁新发展、接轨国际仲裁新趋势。通过“上海国际仲裁中心”微信公众号，分享国际仲裁热点研究、前沿课题、重大活动讯息。

上海国际仲裁中心重视国际商事仲裁青年人才和后备力量的培养，应邀为复旦大学、上海交通大学、华东政法大学、上海财经大学、上海对外经贸大学等高校合作开办、讲授国际仲裁专题课程及讲座。上海国际仲裁中心共同主办国际商事合同通则国际模拟仲裁比赛（UPICCMoot）、国际商事模拟仲裁庭上海邀请赛（MootShanghai）、内地与港澳大学生模拟法庭（仲裁庭）大赛和国际航空法模拟法庭竞赛中国区选拔赛等国际争议解决领域赛事。

上海国际仲裁中心实习项目的宗旨是以仲裁实践提升实务研究、以实务研究培养仲裁人才、以人才提升推动中国仲裁发展。

一、实习内容

（1）协助管理仲裁案件程序、起草仲裁法律文书

（2）撰写、翻译活动新闻和资讯

（3）收集、整理、翻译最新国际商事仲裁案例和文章

（4）起草、校对、翻译国际商事仲裁案例和文章等

二、岗位要求

（1）国内外知名大学法学院在读，具备良好法学知识功底，具备良好的中英语工作能力

（2）每周实习时长不少于4天，实习期3个月

三、实习地点

上海市黄浦区西藏南路288号太平洋新天地T2大厦12-15层

四、实习时段

2026年9月至2026年11月
