中心简介

首都医学科学创新中心[ChineseInstitutesforMedicalResearch(CIMR),Beijing]（简称创新中心）是北京市2023年11月成立的具有独立法人资格的新型研发机构。作为首都医科大学新校区建设三大板块之一，创新中心以推动医学科学发展、改善人类健康为目标，开展生物医学研究，致力于提升医学科学创新与成果转化能力，提高疾病诊断和治疗水平。我们将汇聚世界高水平科学家，与首都医学教育和科学研究优质资源紧密合作，打造多学科交叉融合的科研平台，综合自由探索、医学目标导向、有组织科研等途径，实践新型科研模式和体制机制，培养适应医学科学创新发展的优秀人才，推进医教研产的深度融合，助力首都医科大学成为世界一流的医科大学。

实验室介绍

闫致强,首都医科大学基础医学院院长、教授，首都医学科学创新中心资深研究员、医学生理学研究所所长。长期聚焦神经生物学研究，致力于感觉受体的鉴定及其工作机制解析，同时开展神经回路与神经系统疾病的基因治疗和转化研究。获国家自然科学基金委青年科学基金项目（A类）（原国家杰出青年科学基金项目）（2025）、国家科技重大专项（2021）、国家重点研发计划（2021,2017,2016）、国家高层次人才青年计划（2015）等资助。以通讯作者在Neuron(2025a,2025b,2020)、NatureCommunications(2022,2017)、GenomeResearch(2022)、PNAS(2021)、NatureStructural&MolecularBiology(2018)和CellReports(2018)等国际一流期刊发表多篇论文。兼任北京神经科学学会副理事长、中国生理学会细胞和分子专业委员会主任委员等。

主要研究方向

1.听觉、触觉、痛觉、湿度感觉、渴觉等感觉受体的鉴定，其装配和工作机制研究，以及这些受体在其他重要生理过程中的作用。

2.鉴定在触觉、痛觉、平衡觉、听觉、渴觉、内脏感觉等的关键神经细胞群和神经回路。

3.神经系统疾病的基因治疗和转化研究。

主要职责

1.完成PI安排的实验任务；

2.协助处理实验室行政事务。

二

任职要求

1.大学本科及以上学历，生物学、临床医学、基础医学等相关专业；

2.掌握常规分子克隆、细胞培养、动物实验和/或膜片钳记录等操作及原理，有实验室研究工作经历者优先；

3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；

4.具备良好的英语读写和日常交流能力。

技术员

根据个人意愿和工作能力，可申请在本实验室攻读硕士研究生或者博士研究生。

主要职责

1.完成实验室安排的日常实验；

2.负责维护实验室日常工作和行政事务。

任职要求

1.大学本科及以上学历，生物学、临床医学、基础医学等相关专业；

2.掌握常规分子克隆、细胞培养、动物实验等操作及原理；

3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。

Dr.ZhiqiangYanisaProfessorandDeanoftheSchoolofBasicMedicalSciencesatCapitalMedicalUniversity,aswellasanInvestigatorandDirectorattheChineseInstituteforMedicalPhysiology,ChineseInstitutesforMedicalResearch,Beijing.Heearnedhisbachelor‘sdegreefromFudanUniversityin2004andcompletedhisPh.D.inneurobiologyattheInstituteofNeuroscience,ChineseAcademyofSciences,theNationalInstituteofBiologicalSciences,Beijing,andtheInstituteofBiophysics,ChineseAcademyofSciences,from2004to2009.FollowinghisPh.D.,Dr.YanconductedhispostdoctoralresearchunderYuh-NungJanandLilyJanattheHowardHughesMedicalInstituteandtheUniversityofCalifornia,SanFrancisco.In2013,hebecameaProfessorattheSchoolofLifeSciences,FudanUniversity.From2020to2024,heservedasaseniorprincipalinvestigatoranddeputydirectorattheInstituteofMolecularPhysiology,ShenzhenBayLaboratory.TheYanlaboratoryhaslongbeencommittedtoneurobiologyresearch,focusingontheidentificationofsensoryreceptorsandtheelucidationoftheirworkingmechanisms,whilealsoconductingstudiesonneuralcircuitsandgenetherapyandtranslationalresearchforneurologicaldiseases.Hehaspublishednumerouspapersasacorrespondingauthorinjournals,includingNeuron,PNAS,NatureStructural&MolecularBiology,NatureCommunications,andCellReports.

1.Identifythereceptorsforhearing,touch,pain,andthirstsensation,studythegatingandassemblyoftherelatedsensorytransductioncomplex,andexploretheirfunctionsinvariousphysiologicalprocesses,suchasdigestionandimmunity.

2.Mapthecriticalneuronalgroupsandcircuitsforsensationandinteroceptionsuchastouch,pain,vestibularandthirstsensation.

3.Genetherapyandtranslationalresearchforneurologicaldiseases.
